Congratulations on your pregnancy!

We are thrilled to have you as a patient in our practice. Currently we are a group of six Physicians, one Physician Assistant, two Nurse Practitioners and two Midwives. Four of our physicians (Drs. Rolston, Alamia, Lazar and Varhola) deliver our obstetrical patients and offer a full range of gynecologic services. Dr. Hunt may assist on a cesarean section, but nowadays (after 25 years of delivering babies) he primarily sees patients, both obstetrical and gynecologic, in our offices and does minor surgery.

Dr. Ott sees patients in our Southampton and Riverhead offices. He provides a full range of gynecological care and has a special interest in infertility and urinary incontinence. Dr. Ott does major and minor gynecological surgery and assists on Cesarean Sections.

The Maternity Center at Southampton Hospital features state-of-the-art birthing rooms that are warm and homelike. Expectant mothers are invited to tour the Center, including the labor and delivery suites. Our New Beginnings Program offers educational classes to help expectant mothers and their families prepare for childbirth and childcare. Classes offered include: Lamaze Childbirth Preparation, Vaginal Birth After Cesarean, Breastfeeding, Baby Care Basics, Baby Safety, Sibling Class and Beyond Delivery Orientation.
