Breast exam, breast self exam instruction
Pap smear screens for cancer of the cervix
Bimanual exam evaluates uterus and ovaries
Review of contraceptive needs and prevention of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).
Address any problems and answer questions
Encourage healthy diet and exercise
Discourage smoking
Alcohol in moderation
