In addition to annual evaluation and issues detailed above:

  • Encourage Calcium intake 600 mg twice daily and exercise to decrease bone loss.
  • Repeat Bone Density (Dexa Scan) approximately every other year
  • Colonoscopy approximately every five years.
  • Follow up with primary care for medical screening
  • Address issues such as vaginal dryness, urinary frequency or incontinence, sexual function problems
  • Counsel Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) if indicated.
  •
